GET FIT EGV will be hosting StandStrong as they demonstrate and share with our exceptional community a couple of things about self defense. This event is open to all ages and fitness levels. Public service members are highly encouraged to be present.
Date: Sunday, April 25, 2021
Time: 10am to Noon
Introduction and orientation starts promptly at 10am, 10:30am class, followed by a healthy snack made by one of our very own Chef Mike at 11:30am.
