About the Event
In this class we will break down some fundamentals of boxing and why it's more than just for fitness. We'll do some shadow boxing, kickboxing and get a little time with the heavy bags too! Members reserve and check in like a regular class - bring a friend for $10. Non-members, pay and bring a friend for free! Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to class to complete waivers and other paperwork.
