Your core is incredibly important for not only your workouts and recovery but also for everyday life. Whether it be pregnancy, house work or activities that you enjoy doing on your own time, your core needs to be strong!
This is a (4) part series that will meet once a week at 7:30pm on Thursdays for (4) weeks.
- Pelvic Floor Exercises
- Breathing & Your Brain Exercises
- Muscles of the Spine
- Transversus Abdominis
This series will take a 4-area approach to your core, including your pelvic floor, your diaphragm, muscles near your spine, and your transverses Abdominis... bonus – we will also be showing you some physical exercises that are great for your brain!
All of these areas need to work together as team for you to reach your goals!
