Intro to Yoga - August Series

We are all navigating the re-opening of the pandemic in our own way and sometimes it's just a matter of allocating a little bit of time for yourself to sit, breathe and honor your hard work - both mentally and physically over the last year and a half.  This August series will be focused on entry level poses to re-establish your foundation so you can begin to build again, but can also be queued for more advanced poses if that is in your wheelhouse.
