Live Restorative Class

This class will consist of movements taken from yoga vinyasa flow, the ashtanga primary series and hatha as well as triggerpoint release and foam rolling techniques for common issues experienced with weightlifting, running and general sedentary occupations. 

Link to live YouTube session will be emailed out to the registrants the morning of each class.

Past classes can be taken, just purchase the punch card, email me the date of the class you would like to take and I will check you in.
