An intermediate series of postures to help balance the fronts and backs of our bodies to not only improve flexibility and mobility in those postures but in life itself. Functional fitness is key to improving the quality of life. This video begins with Sun A and Sun B but then I threw in some Warrior 2 flow for a heated portion of the sequence balancing it out with Half Moon - one of my favorite postures as it feels so empowering!
