Yin yoga is another variety of yoga. What I like about this method of postures is that they are done more deliberately and held longer which helps us find our edge. It helps us let go and not be in control but rather let our body take us where it's is ready. Many of the positions are uncomfortable to start in and by the end of the 3-5 minute hold, you have fully sucome to the posture. Yin yoga brings freedom to your mind, body and soul as it erases the personal limits we often set for ourselves.
