With constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, our small group training philosophy is that people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a supportive community environment. Progress is tracked using our community app called SugarWOD so that you are always challenging yourself with each workout and therefore promoting change. Our owner and head coach Rowena Dziubla will scale and adjust any prescribed workout as needed so that you're able to complete the workout of the day safe and injury free. A typical class structure will beging with 15 to 20 minutes of strength incorporating popular barbell movements such as back squat, strict press, bench press, overhead squat, cleans and snatches to name a few. This will be followed by accessory work and then closing out the class with 5 to 30 minutes of agility work by way of an AMRAP, EMOM, RFT, etc. If you're tired of the cliques an competition at other boxes, then Get Fit EGV is a community for you.
