Every one of our small group functional training classes is different, but the focus remains the same - get you to a place of health and health body composition through strength and conditioning training that supports mobility and function for our everyday lives. Drop In for first timers includes a free water tumbler and a free 2nd class to make sure it's a good fit for all! A $35 value! Let's get fit together!
