If you are considering nutrition coaching to help with achieving your health goals, then working with a flexible diet program could be what you need. This macro set-up is offered at a discounted rate for existing members who attend class a minimum of 3x per week and includes a 30-day follow-up. For other memberships or non-members, please book a 90 Comprehensive Assessment instead.
