Service Description

Member w 3x per week or more membership pays one time fee of $195 which includes initial metrics and macro set up, 2 monthly progress check-ins and virtual coaching guidance via text/e-mail. Book future check-ins directly into calendar with app. Expires in 3 months. For members less than 3x per week membership or non-members, pricing is charged per month for setup and virtual coaching services throughout the paid month.

Cancellation Policy

*PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENTS - PLEASE READ* To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 48 hours in advance. Cancelations less than the stated advanced notice will be subject to a reservation/holding fee of $25.
